The upcoming Disneyland Abu Dhabi is poised to revolutionize the region's employment landscape, creating an unprecedented wave of career opportunities across multiple sectors. Industry experts predict this mega-project will serve as a powerful economic catalyst for the UAE.
"We anticipate over 30,000 new positions emerging from construction through to park operations and supporting tourism services," revealed Pedro Lacerda, Senior Vice President at TASC Group. "Beyond direct theme park employment, we're looking at more than 20,000 additional jobs in retail networks, transportation systems and hospitality venues that will grow around this development."
Shayan Sultan from Fragomen MENA highlighted the project's diverse career spectrum: "From frontline magic-makers in guest services and entertainment to behind-the-scenes specialists in facilities management and corporate functions like marketing strategy - this development offers something for every skillset."
