Commuters in Dubai can now enjoy significantly faster travel times following the completion of major traffic enhancements on E311 (Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Road) by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). The improvements have more than halved journey durations for thousands of daily travelers.

The upgraded exit from Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road to Al Rebat Street now handles 50% more vehicles, with capacity jumping from 3,000 to 4,500 vehicles per hour. Most impressively, the time savings are dramatic - what used to be a 10-minute journey from Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road to Rabat Street towards Business Bay Crossing now takes just 4 minutes, representing an extraordinary 60% reduction in travel time.
