The nation's first Woman Grandmaster demonstrated poise beyond her years, recovering from an opening loss to Swedish Grandmaster Platon Galperin to finish the prestigious tournament with three consecutive wins that left spectators in awe.

The young champion faced formidable challenges throughout the competition, enduring three additional defeats and securing two hard-fought draws before finding her rhythm. What followed was nothing short of spectacular - a display of strategic brilliance that showcased why she's considered one of chess's most promising young talents.

Rouda ignited her comeback with a decisive victory against Norway's Sigur H. Myny, then maintained her momentum by outmaneuvering Italy's Mauro Pivi and France's Franck Gouanelle in back-to-back matches. While her final tally showed three wins, two draws and four losses, these numbers hardly tell the full story of her remarkable growth during the tournament.
