New Career Openings at Abu Dhabi Police: Opportunities Await UAE Nationals
Career
In an effort to empower national talent and expand career opportunities within the security sector, the Abu Dhabi Police have launched a new recruitment campaign inviting UAE citizens to apply for a range of positions. The announcement, made on Monday, September 29, highlights the authority’s ongoing commitment to building a highly skilled and professional police force that reflects the values of service and dedication to the nation.
The recruitment drive aims to attract young Emiratis who are eager to serve their community and contribute to maintaining safety and stability across the capital. Applicants are encouraged to apply through the official smart recruitment portal, accessible via a QR code provided by the department. The platform streamlines the application process and ensures quick and transparent evaluation.
While the announcement emphasizes inclusivity and national development, candidates must also meet specific eligibility criteria. These include completing the National Service Program’s foundational and specialized courses, being between the ages of 18 and 35, and holding a minimum height of 160cm. Applicants must also possess a high school diploma or higher qualification, be UAE nationals, and successfully pass medical and interview assessments.
This initiative follows a similar recruitment effort by Dubai Police earlier in the month, which offered opportunities such as ‘Cadet Pilot’ and ‘University Lieutenant Pilot’ within its Air Wing division. Both police departments continue to focus on attracting ambitious Emiratis who seek meaningful and impactful careers in public service.
By opening new pathways for citizens to join the force, Abu Dhabi Police reaffirm their dedication to fostering national participation and ensuring that the UAE’s security institutions remain strong, efficient, and representative of the community they protect.
