NCT's Doyoung recently appeared on the Korean reality show I Live Alone, where a segment showed him visiting his parents' home. The 29-year-old idol was seen preparing noodles and casually leaving dirty dishes in the sink, remarking, "If I leave them like this, Mum will wash them for me."
While some hosts laughed at the comment, veteran MC Jun Hyun-moo took it further by admitting, "Sometimes when I know my mum is coming over, I intentionally let dishes pile up." His confession sparked immediate backlash from fellow cast members.
Im Woo-il bluntly called the 47-year-old "the most unfilial person" he'd encountered in recent memory, while comedian Park Na-rae labeled him an ungrateful son. Even SHINee's Key chimed in, declaring Hyun-moo deserved "20 slaps" for his behavior.
The situation escalated when Hyun-moo attempted to justify himself by praising his mother's dishwashing skills—going as far as saying she was "better than a dishwasher."
