Not to be outdone, vegetarian bee hoon proudly represents at No.40.

Indonesia's sambal goreng took top honors in this sizzling competition, followed closely by China's beef chow fun (No.2) and stir-fry shrimps (No.3). The list features several Southeast Asian favorites including Thailand's famous pad thai at No.5, Cambodia's lok lak at No.16, and Malaysia's sambal kangkong at No.33.
